Took Mr. C to the doctor this morning - turns out he has an ear infection. I had taken him in 2 weeks ago with the same symptoms and found out he was just teething and his ears looked fine. Such a guessing game when they are so little and can't tell you what hurts. Here he is taking a nap this afternoon.
